p989 Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the p989 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming services accessible at https://p989.app.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account on the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed on any game or event available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account by p989.
• "Winnings" means any amounts credited to a Player's Account as a result of a successful Wager.
• "Restricted Territories" means jurisdictions where access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "GCash" / "PayMaya" means the Philippine e-wallet payment services accepted on the Platform for deposits and withdrawals.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the regulatory body overseeing gaming operations in the Philippines.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an Account on p989, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict requirement under Philippine gaming regulations and is non-negotiable.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as Players.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Territory where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of p989, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not already hold an existing active Account on the Platform. Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by p989 or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number and email address. p989 reserves the right to request supporting documentation — such as a government-issued ID (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS card) — to verify your identity and age at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by p989 may result in Account suspension or closure and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party, allow any other person to access or use your Account, or use another Player's Account under any circumstances.

You must notify p989 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any security breach. p989 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials or where you have shared your credentials with a third party.

• Each Player may hold only one Account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and associated funds may be forfeited.
• You are responsible for ensuring that all information held on your Account remains accurate and up to date.
• p989 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any Account at any time, including requests for source-of-funds documentation.
• Accounts showing no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months may be classified as dormant. p989 will notify you before any dormancy fees are applied.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

p989 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine-based players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank Online, and other methods as may be added to the Platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The following conditions apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction.
• Deposits are generally credited to your Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. p989 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. Processing times vary by payment method but p989 targets same-day processing for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals.
• p989 reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of such verification.
• p989 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Any deposits made in error must be reported to p989 support immediately. p989 will make reasonable efforts to reverse erroneous deposits but cannot guarantee recovery once funds have been processed.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

p989 may offer Bonus Funds, free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to Players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any associated Winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds and real-money funds are held separately in your Account. Real-money funds are used first in all Wagers unless otherwise specified.
• p989 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already credited to a Player's Account will remain subject to the terms applicable at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any Player found to be exploiting bonus offers through systematic or coordinated play ("bonus abuse") may have their bonus forfeited and their Account suspended.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• p989 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility based on a Player's deposit history, play patterns, or other factors at its sole discretion.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the p989 Platform — including but not limited to slots, live dealer baccarat, roulette, blackjack, bingo, fishing games, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

• All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for virtual games, and by real-time dealer actions for live dealer games. p989 does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, p989 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the Wager to the Player's Account balance.
• Wagers placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player. Once a bet is submitted and accepted by the Platform, it is final.
• p989 reserves the right to void any Wager that was placed in error, placed on an event with an obvious pricing error, or placed in violation of these Terms.
• For sports betting, all results are determined by the official result at the time of settlement as determined by p989. In-play betting is subject to additional rules displayed within the sportsbook section.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the p989 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game or to manipulate Platform systems.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live dealer or multiplayer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform's favour without reporting them to p989 support.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses multiple times.
• Attempting to access, probe, or test the security of the Platform's systems without authorisation.
• Using the Platform in any manner that violates applicable Philippine law or the laws of your jurisdiction.

8 Responsible Gaming

p989 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help Players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players via the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the p989 Platform — including but not limited to the p989 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of p989 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of p989.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, p989 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of Winnings due to technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error beyond p989's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any game or service offered thereon.
• Any reliance placed on information, content, or game results displayed on the Platform.

p989's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

p989 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

p989 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012 of the Philippines, and implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

12 Termination & Account Closure

You may close your Account at any time by contacting p989 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

p989 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy age or identity verification requirements.
• Suspected fraudulent, collusive, or criminal activity.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the Player.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.
• Dormancy of the Account for a period exceeding twelve (12) months.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, p989 reserves the right to forfeit any Account balance, including real-money funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute between you and p989, you agree to first contact p989 customer support to seek an informal resolution. p989 will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within fourteen (14) business days of receiving a written complaint. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

14 Amendments to These Terms

p989 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, p989 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12 above.
